Frequently Asked Questions

Please choose carefully as we generally do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong choice. Any refund will be considered depending on the circumstances and at our discretion.

Please call us on phone 0421 047 061. If you would like to contact us because you have changed your mind and to the item, please call us. This must be within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

If we agree to a change of mind refund during the phone call providing the item has not been opened, is not damaged and is in the original condition, we can offer you a refund on this item.

All postage costs associated with returning the change of mind item is paid for by you, the customer. It is imperative the goods must be carefully and protectively repacked to prevent breakages on return.

We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our much appreciated customers receive a faulty or damaged item.

Please unpack and inspect your goods as soon as possible after delivery. If there are any issues, please take a photo of the damaged goods and email us with the image and a short description of the damage.

Please include your contact details including your phone number to shane@365daysofchristmass.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

We will be in contact with you to organise either replacement, or refund.

Credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption.

We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement generally accepted industry standards.

Once we receive your phone or online order, we make every effort to dispatch your goods via courier within 48 hours.

Due to variations in delivery times by our preferred courier services, 365 Days Of  Christmas is not liable for any delays in delivery once the item has been dispatched.

We will provide tracking details so you can track the status of your parcel delivery.

If you want to add products, or to make a change to your order you have already placed, please ring or text us on 0421 047 061 as soon as you can.

If your order has NOT been dispatched, we are happy to make the requested changes. If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change it.

We are located in Warragul, West Gippsland In Victoria, an hour out of Melbourne.

While we don't have a physical store, you are most welcome to make an appointment to view our extensive range of Christmas decorations year round. We are mainly an online business with local collection available by prior arrangement.
